These terms cover your use of Adelaide 10 (adelaide10.com), free lists of businesses in Adelaide and its suburbs. By using the site you agree to them.
Editorial opinion, not advice
Each list is our editorial opinion of which local businesses are worth considering and in what order. It is not legal, medical, financial, building or any other professional advice, and it is no promise about any business’s work, prices, safety or availability.
We don’t do the work
Adelaide 10 does not carry out jobs, treat patients, give quotes, book appointments or take money from readers. Whatever you arrange, you arrange directly with the business, and any contract, warranty or finance deal is between you and them.
How the lists are made
From public information about each business, what its customers say about it, what it publishes about itself and the questions set out on our page about how we select. Pro gives a business a fuller page and Top a highlighted place on a list it was already selected for. Both carry a label, and neither is a check or an endorsement by us.
Check before you rely on it
We go back over the lists, but phone numbers, addresses, prices, hours, licences and insurance change. Confirm the details with the business, get quotes in writing and, where the work is regulated, check the licence or registration with the regulator.
Business pages
Anyone who claims a listing tells us they are allowed to manage it and that what they add is true, lawful and not misleading, and that the business holds the licences and insurance its work needs. We may correct or remove content that is not. Plan prices and renewal terms appear in the business area before any payment, which Stripe processes.
Fair use
Please do not use the site for anything unlawful, copy its lists with automated tools, try to reach areas that are not public, pretend to be another person or business, or give us false details.
Our content
The writing, the choice and order of businesses, the design and the name of Adelaide 10 are ours or used with permission. You may link to the site and quote a short passage with credit. Copying more needs our written permission.
Liability, law and changes
As far as the law allows, Adelaide 10 is not responsible for the work, goods or advice of listed businesses or for the content of other websites. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited, including those under the Australian Consumer Law. Australian law applies. We may update these terms, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
