A business we have missed
If you know an Adelaide business that does one job well and belongs on a list, send us its name and suburb. It is judged on the same questions as every business already listed, set out on the page about how we select.
If the business is yours
‘For Adelaide businesses’, in the menu, is where an owner claims a listing for free, corrects its details and sees what Pro and Top include. A business that is not on a list yet can be put forward from the same place.
What we can’t help with
We cannot give medical, legal, financial or building advice, book a job, arrange a quote or settle a dispute with a listed business. Please do not send us medical records, tax file numbers or copies of identity documents. If anyone is in danger, call 000.
If something goes wrong with a business
Raise it with the business first, in writing. If that gets nowhere, Consumer and Business Services (CBS) deals with complaints about many South Australian traders and licensed trades. Health complaints can go to the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner or Ahpra, complaints about a lawyer to the Legal Profession Conduct Commissioner and disputes with a bank, broker or adviser to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. If you need legal help and cannot afford a lawyer, the Legal Services Commission of South Australia can tell you what is available.
